At Home in the Colorado Rockies for Over 75 years

We ignite human potential to build understanding and create new possibilities for a better world.

Since 2020, the Hurst Leaders Forum has convened community leaders across public, private and social sectors — with a focus on promoting dialogue, increasing understanding, and facilitating regional collaboration.
Together, we're building trust and strengthening relationships.
★ 140 Hurst Leaders Forum Members Across 6 Cohorts
★ 102 Non-Elected Community Leaders
★ 38 Elected Public Officials
★ 66 Regional Agencies & Non-Profit Organizations
★ 14 Municipal Governments
★ 3 County Governments
★ 4 School District Boards

We understand our rural communities succeed because of the extraordinary people who live here. So, we're leading the charge to foster civil discourse that builds trust and strengthens relationships among our region's most influential leaders.
In celebration of our complex mosaic of cultural, geopolitical, and socioeconomic differences – we're prioritizing connection, friendship, and professional relationships that promote mutual respect and regionally collaborative solutions to our shared challenges.
Community leaders from across the Roaring Fork and Colorado River valleys meet to unpack the tension in civil discourse. Together, we're exploring personal values, public policy, and our individual and collective commitment to the public good.
